CORPORATE FINANCE
- Identifying potential acquisition targets and divestment opportunities for clients
and initiating dialogue with potential sellers or buyers.
- Preparing deal documents such as teasers, information memorandum, nondisclosure agreements, competitive bid documents, term-sheet, non-binding letter
of offer, etc to facilitate seamless deal execution and closure
- Assist clients in deal valuation and pricing familiarising them with right asking
price for and of the company/business
- Undertake valuation for tax, regulatory and other matters including (purchase
price allocation, intangible valuation, dispute valuation, etc.)
- Execute and manage financial due diligence assignments by co-ordinating cross
functional (i.e. tax and legal) due diligence activities
- Participate in meetings with Investors/sellers including in deal negotiation where
requested by the client
- Undertake active business development and client pitches
- Carry out training sessions for associates and analysts on valuation and financial
due diligence.
