CORPORATE FINANCE

  • Identifying potential acquisition targets and divestment opportunities for clients and initiating dialogue with potential sellers or buyers.
  • Preparing deal documents such as teasers, information memorandum, non-disclosure agreements, competitive bid documents, term-sheet, non-binding letter of offer, etc to facilitate seamless deal execution and closure.
  • Assist clients in deal valuation and pricing familiarising them with right asking price for and of the company/business.
  • Undertake valuation for tax, regulatory and other matters including (purchase price allocation, intangible valuation, dispute valuation, etc.)
  • Execute and manage financial due diligence assignments by co-ordinating cross functional (i.e. tax and legal) due diligence activities.
  • Participate in meetings with Investors/sellers including in deal negotiation where requested by the client.
  • Undertake active business development and client pitches.
  • Carry out training sessions for associates and analysts on valuation and financial due diligence.
